Ok my second hand toy obsession maybe getting out of hand but look! Love this shape sorter, so well designed. I’m trying not to buy new plastic toys so finding great ones from the 80s. I’m trying to work out the best way to make this into a shape poster print for @printplaylearn
Another beautifully sewn top by @magnificentstanley now I have another great piece of clothing to hang on the best hanger from @myredhandgang in the nursery. 🏼🖤Actually when do you stop calling it a nursery and a child’s room?
It’s ok to buy all the toys from the 80s? Just need to find my old story cassettes and check it works! This will also be part of my next print.
PLAY MORE I branched out from neon pink to…fluorescent orange. Looking forward to going back next week to try again with blue and orange (see stories). I’ve learnt never rub a screen with paper towel, it’ll rub off emulsion
Play More Looking forward to screen printing again. I need to learn more about colour and the best combinations. Are there any books to help this or do I need Pantone colour chips? I’ve recently bought @bobbin.hood and it does share about colour but think I need more detail.

Neon Rainbows I’m learning lots whilst screen printing. It’s not perfect; my writing is wonky and there’s an extra spot of paint on it but it’s not too bad.

It’s the first time we have visited a pumpkin PYO. Who knew there were so many varieties. It was good fun but now need to make some food with the pumpkins as don’t want them to go to waste. Any suggestions?
