I found these beautiful cups, sauces and plates at @thecrookedbook . Vintage items, books and tea with cake what more do you need in a place! I love these original plastic cups from a picnic set, made in England. I’m adding them to the kitchen/ role play for the children. I like the idea of them being used and just looked at.
This is the other name poster from @three_penny . We love it thank you! He loves having his name up in his room. The other wall has the @cathkidston_ltd London wallpaper so love the clash of patterns in his room. I haven’t quite mastered photographing in a south facing room, so many shadows.
The @orlakiely exhibition was truly wonderful. I came out of there I felt so inspired. So sad to read that the company has gone into administration the following day. What a wonderful designer. Makes me worry that if a well known designer has to stop trading it is a silly idea to try and start sharing my designs. I think it’s making me want to succeed. In the words of @oh_squirrel ‘but what if it all goes right?’ But most importantly if you love small businesses then support them.

Building Love! This building is the Home Office in London Bridge. I love a bit of concrete not for everyone but look at all those lines If I was lucky enough to build a home I would love concrete floors.
Excited as off to @fashiontextilemuseum today to see the @orlakiely exhibition. Have you been? This photo was our kitchen before it was changed – I kept this wallpaper so I hope I can use it somewhere else, think yellow looks so good in a kitchen with grey.
When I see it altogether I realise I spend a lot of time (and money) on instagram. I love mixing new finds with vintage items. So many amazing brands in her nursery (I’ve tagged them). What’s your favourite Instagram find?
We first went out 9 years ago. As I always forget a card I thought I’d better post photograph.
